We want you to love your tote – but if something’s off, here’s how we handle it:

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition, with tags intact, and the zip lock/security seal intact.
The return is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds will be processed back to you within 30 days after a quality check.
Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Area: We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly.
