Refund policy

We want you to love your tote – but if something’s off, here’s how we handle it:

  • Return is valid only for 7 days after the product is delivered. 
  • Return or Exchange is only valid if the product you receive is damaged.
  • Refunds are valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • You can choose between a refund, an exchange, or store credit.
  • For refunds and exchanges, a ₹100 deduction will be applied to cover shipping and restocking costs.
  • If you choose store credit, no amount will be deducted.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
    Within 30 days.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

Please note that the ₹200 partial payment made at the time of your order serves as a non-refundable security deposit to cover shipping and handling costs. If a shipment is dispatched but cannot be delivered—either because the customer refuses the order or fails to respond to the shipping company’s notifications (including WhatsApp messages)—this deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures we can cover the logistical costs incurred for the attempted delivery of your items.
