Shipping across India

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within approximately 6–9 business days.

Complimentary tracked shipping is available across India. Tracking details are shared through WhatsApp or email as soon as the order has been dispatched. Delivery timelines may vary slightly because of destination, courier capacity, weather or regional conditions.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

Please note that the ₹500 partial payment made at the time of your order serves as a non-refundable security deposit to cover shipping and handling costs. If a shipment is dispatched but cannot be delivered—either because the customer refuses the order or fails to respond to the shipping company’s notifications (including WhatsApp messages)—this deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures we can cover the logistical costs incurred for the attempted delivery of your items.
