Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Area: We currently ship across India. For international orders, please get in touch with us directly.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

Please note that the ₹200 partial payment made at the time of your order serves as a non-refundable security deposit to cover shipping and handling costs. If a shipment is dispatched but cannot be delivered—either because the customer refuses the order or fails to respond to the shipping company’s notifications (including WhatsApp messages)—this deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures we can cover the logistical costs incurred for the attempted delivery of your items.

We want you to love your tote – but if something’s off, here’s how we handle it:

Return or Exchange is only valid if the product you receive is damaged.
The return is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
The refund will be processed as store credit.
For refunds or exchanges, ₹100 will be deducted to cover shipping and restocking.
Refunds will be processed back to you after quality check within 15 days.
Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.
