We want you to love your tote – but if something’s off, here’s how we handle it:
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition, with tags intact, and the zip lock/security seal is intact.
The return is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
For all approved returns or exchanges, ₹300 will be deducted to cover shipping and handling charges.
Refunds will be processed back to you after quality check within 15 days.
Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.
