Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your tote – but if something’s off, here’s how we handle it:
Return is valid only if the product is damaged or defective.
- Refunds are only valid if you send us a picture of the defective part of the bag on the same day the bag was delivered.
- You can choose between a refund, an exchange, or store credit.
- For refunds or exchanges, ₹200 will be deducted to cover shipping and restocking.
- If you choose store credit, only ₹100 will be deducted for shipping.
- Refunds will be processed back to you after quality check within 15 days.
- Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.
Shipping
We aim to deliver your tote in style — and on time.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Area: We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way
