Return is valid only if the product is damaged or defective.

Refunds are only valid if you send us a picture of the defective part of the bag on the same day the bag was delivered.
You can choose between a refund, an exchange, or store credit.
For refunds or exchanges, ₹200 will be deducted to cover shipping and restocking.
If you choose store credit, only ₹100 will be deducted for shipping.
Refunds will be processed back to you after quality check within 15 days.
Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.
